I found out that this problem does only exist if the PC is connected to the
Internet. When no internet connection exists everything is fast.
A thread in a Ubuntu forum gave me the idea to try this out. They also said
that the reason were DNS requests that LibreOffice generates when opening,
closing or saving a file. So I installed Wireshark and indeed I found out, that
LibreOffice generates some LLMNR requests for each of these operations. What
was odd was that the name I gave the computer showed up in these requests but
with a screwed Umlaut.
So I renamed the PC in Windows from "Büro" to "Buero" and now everything works
well! Also the LLMNR packets that slowed everything down are gone now. There
seems to be an issue in LibreOffice when handling computer names that contain
special characters.
