The dashed line between pages is slowing down page scrolling.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a multi-page document,
Or create a new document and put some page breaks;
2. Scroll down or up (with mouse or scroll bar).
3. Note that the scrolling is slowed down when the dashed line appears in the
visible area.
Reproduced on LibreOffice 4.0.0.3, running on Windows 7 x86-64.
