This bug is happening to me in Windows XP Home SP3 in LO 4.0.0.3 (Build ID:
7545bee9c2a0782548772a21bc84a9dcc583b89).

After a crash, or a power failure, all of the open files lose their passwords.
The files that weren't open at the time of the crash don't lose their
passwords.

It might have something to do with the Save with password checkbox in the
Save As dialog box becoming unticked. Perhaps the Recovery function doesn't
recover the password.

This is a major problem to me because the info in the files really needs to be
password protected.

I think that LO is better than OpenOffice, but I'll be using OO until this
problem is fixed.
