          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 61581
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: : Images saved in a big document are missing when it
                    is reopened
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.0.3 release
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description: Editing a big document (over 200 pages of mixed
text/pictures) is fine, but after saving, closing it and then reopening it,
various ramdom pictures are missing from the document, as if they weren't even
embedded at first place.

Steps to reproduce:

1. .... Create and edit a big document (I was using DIN A5 page format) with
mixed text and pictures, around 30 pictures (I was using only hi-res
monochromatic GIF images). Create over 200 pages.

2. ....Memory configuration as default, and autosave set for every 3 minutes.
Creating backups is also activated.

3. .... While editing, the document will be "autosaved" several times, and then
one should do a "final" saving. Close the file. Then reopen it: several random
pictures will be missing (there aren't any indications or messages about them,
they're gone).

Current behavior: Saving, closing and reopening big documents with text and
many pictures make random pictures disappear from the document.

Expected behavior: Saving, closing and reopening big documents with text and
many pictures should keep all the pictures as well as the text.

Operating System: Ubuntu
