However some settings are still not migrated: 1) Java version is not selected (was manually selected in 3.6.5.2) 2) Online update checking was manually unselected in 3.6.5.2 and is selected again in 4.0.1.2 Because pathnames where changed, all Shared extensions were lost and need to be reinstalled.
