Description:
When Skia hardware-rendering is enabled, the ruler in Writer 7.2.x is distorted
(see screenshots). When Skia software-rendering is used, the ruler looks fine.
In 7.1 this problem didn't exist, so its a regression.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Ski Hardware-Rendering
2. Open Writer
Actual Results:
Ruler is distorted.
Expected Results:
Ruler should not be distorted.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Only tested on several Systems with AMD-GPU so far. Not tested on Intel or
Nvidia GPU until yet.
