Description:
Paste in a table too large for the page and it is difficult (not possible) to
resize because the RHS of the table is hidden so the RHS can't be picked up.
Steps to Reproduce:
Take a wide table (say prepared on a landscape page) and paste into a smaller
page (say a portrait one). If the RHS extends over the page boundary it can't
be resized
Actual Results:
