Again, I have to disagree.

RAE is authority for any Spanish speaking user, which have to stick to their
norms and usage.

This is not about inflections or such; the term your are promoting it simply
does not exist in any Spanish dialect nor regional varieties, not nowadays. 

It's a fancy one.
