When a file protected by a password is opened, the small window in which the
password is entered must be displayed at the forefront of all other opened
windows.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file protected by a password.

Actual Results:
The window in which the password is to be entered is hidden in the background
of other windows.
Expected Results:
This windows must be displayed at the forefront.
