Redo doesn't restore the numbered list
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162397
2. Toggle numbered list on for '1st
3. Right click the second entry 1 in the list -> List -> Continue numbering
4. Right click 2 -> List -> Continue numbering
5. CTRL+Z everything
6. Redo everything
Actual Results:
Redo doesn't work
Expected Results:
Redo restores
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
