Looking at (any) 3 consecutive lines in a paragraph, occasionally the word at
the end of the 2nd line sticks out noticeably, and could be moved to the start
of the 3rd line to make the para look neater.
Likewise if a paragraph has only one word on the last line, the last word on
the line before could be moved to the start of the last line for a neater look.
This ENHANCEMENT works best for short lines, say <40 characters.
