In versions of LibreOffice prior to LibreOffice 7.4, the `LibreOffice Start
Center` was called `LibreOffice`. When `LibreOffice Start Center` icon is
clicked, the window that is opened has the title `LibreOffice` (not
`LibreOffice Start Center`). Can the icon named `LibreOffice Start Center` be
renamed to its former name which was `LibreOffice`?
Renaming the `LibreOffice Start Center` icon to its former name of
`LibreOffice` will also help English users in UK, NZ, Australia and others who
use the `Centre` not `Centre` as the correct spelling for `Centre`.
