As a balance to Kevin Suo's opinion, I'd like to explain my viewpoint:

Taiwan in many situations has been forced to use a different name or even hide
its name in order to satisfy China government. We're good with the name itself.
I think moving from what it is, which at least Taiwanese people satisfy with,
either changing the DefaultName or hiding it in zh_TW.xml alone, in response to
a political request from China is bad for TDF. I hope that the board can take
this into consideration.
