Problem description:
I am not able to insert formatted comments in Word files and at the same time
indicate what text the comments apply to.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a .docx- or .doc-file.
2. Insert a comment and write something, or select an existing comment.
3. Try to format the text in the comment, if possible.
4. Save and reopen the file.
Current behavior:
With .docx-files: The formatting toolbar is greyed out (but paradoxically
slowly enough to make formatting possible for a split second).
With .doc-files: Formatting is fine, but comments show no indication as to what
part of the text they apply to.
Expected behavior:
Explained above.
