I have just followed your link and tried installing again. Same error. The error message is: "LibreOfficeDev.app" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Bin. There was an earlier-dated build yesterday with the same error. I had hoped that this morning's 29th Nov build might have fixed it. I have also mentioned it on the Ask LibreOffice site. I'm not familiar with the other places you mention and am probably not technical enough to be helpful.
