Description:
The attached Excel file was generated with aspose-cells. It opens as expected
in MS Excel and in Google Sheets - see attached screenshot. However it has a
wromg row height (14.45 cm), when opened in LibreOffice Calc - see attached
screenshot.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Excel File
2. Check row height of rows 6, 7, 8, 9
Actual Results:
Row height is too big 14.45 cm.
Expected Results:
Row height should be same as for rows 4 and 5.
Reproducible: Always
