I change Horizontal to Center and Vertical to Middle. No effect for the diagonal lines. Is this about the lines being diagonal or something else? It is not clear from the report or the images. The images made me think the diagonal lines are bad. Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
