Not sure about that, the installation guide is here http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/installation/windows/ ,otherwise found on the LibrerOffice Website -> Get Help -> Installation tab. An English only installer--doubtful to happen. But, you are more than welcome to grab the git repo and build one exactly to your requirements. Or, more simply edit the MSI package in MS Orca to remove all but your target language -- as in Comment 19, it is a very simple work around to a legacy Microsoft imposed limitation. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
