I tried it, but it did not change the fact that the window remained white for
about 3 seconds at the startup in Step 3.

Additional information about this report

It is too late to provide this, but I will.

The simplest way to describe this report is that it takes a long time to start
up when Writer or Calc is never started. I was using only the conversion
function of soffice.exe with the command and that is when I found this problem.
