Select type "Set variable" or type "user field"
Note the format list.
Change the document language and note Format list
Change UI interface language and note format list
Actual: "Text" Format is shown according to the UI language.
"General" is shown according to document language.
For the inserted variables, the pattern of what language the format is shown
for the inserted variables, when using "Edit field" is variable. Sometimes they
seem to keep the language that they were inserted with. Other times, when the
UI language changes, then the format language also changes. And sometimes the
format changes. (Try to use one UI language, with a different document
language to insert variables with the same name in both "Text" and "General"
format, then save file and open with a different language interface)
