Description:
Microsoft 365 shows the date as 24.

LibreOffice Calc shows it as 23.

Interestingly also Google Sheets shows it as 23.

This led to a misunderstanding with a colleague.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file in LibreOffice Calc
2. Open it in Microsoft Excel

Actual Results:
LibreOffice Calc renders the date as 23

Expected Results:
It should render the date as 24
