This is **not** a bug.

Excel has inherited an **own** bug from Lotus 123: it didn't acknowledge that
year 1900 wasn't a leap year. Excel shows "1900-02-29" as a day, which in
reality didn't exist.

Calc knows that after 1900-02-28 came 1900-03-01. But every date **before**
that are offset **in Excel**.
