Description:
I type =IF(1,"Hello","oh no") into a cell and click the green check. The
formula displays as if it were text.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type =IF(1,"Hello","oh no") into a cell and press enter.

Actual Results:
The cell displays, =IF(1,"Hello","oh no")
Expected Results:
The cell displays Hello
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I want Calc to treat formulas as such. This is a new behavior.
