In that case, if we are talking about just a few cells, one way to solve the case would be: 1. Focus on the relevant cell. 2. [CTRL]+[1] > Numbers > Format as "General" (or use a toolbar) 3. [F2] 4. [Backspace] (it will delete the last closing parenthesis of the formula) 5. [ENTER] There are other methods too. Please confirm that this solves the issue for you.
