Unfortunately, you appear to have missed the text in my report, and I quote "Changing the 'Default Languages for Documents' - Western from English(USA) to English (UK) is only temporary." Therefore, I have already tried to set the default language permanently to English (UK) without success. So you have hit upon the problem area spot on! For the reason specified above, I believe the correct current status for this bug report in Not Resolved. Therefore, please advise in layman's language, how I can best demonstrate to you that there is a real problem. N.B. I had this issue independently checked and verified, by someone far more experienced than myself in such matters, before submitting the report so as not to make a fool of myself.
