Description:
this ain't a bug
when a border is added to a cell, the height of the row increases by default,
but the other rows remain the same height, it looks weird
Is there a possibility of an option so that the row height does not change when
adding a border?
There is the possibility of thinner borders (see attached video).
Thanks

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a table
2.add a border to a cell
3.all the row increases the height

Actual Results:
the row with borders had greater height in comparison with rows without borders

Expected Results:
same height or customized height
