Description:
I installed LibreOffice 7.6 on my computer that is running Windows 11 (64 bit).
When I try to open an existing text file for editing, the program (Writer)
stalls and I get the message "The program is not responding". It doesn't go

I haven't tried the other components of LibreOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start LibreOffice
2.Click on Open a file -or-
3.Click on a previously opened file

Actual Results:
The program stalls; the window frame goes grey and the "Not responding" message
