Same problem, both in normal and safe mode: the programs goes unresponsive and doesn't come back. I have to use the task manager to stop it. Both in normal and safe mode. I then downloaded and installed today's daily master build, version 24.2- Exactly the same problem, both in normal and safe mode. I'll try on another computer running Windows 10 (fortunately it is not capable of running Windows 11!).
