Tested using Mac OSX 10.8.3 with LibreOffice Version 4.0.3.2 (Build ID: c6786add5a58268e11aa027c47054344040db1b). Both tested with native print dialog as the LibreOffice one (LibreOffice > Prefrences > LibreOffice > General > Print Dialogs > "Use LibreOffice dialogs". As Thomas mentioned, is it possible to reset your user profile. If that didn't solve this behavior, is it still reproducible with the newest version (4.0.3.3) which you can download here: http://www.libreoffice.org/download .
