Problem description: when the "cancel" button of the print window is hit, the
print window comes back again and again showing a different number of pages to
be printed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open a text document
2. choose file -> print
3. hit "cancel" in the print window
Current behavior: the print window comes back over and over
Expected behavior: the print window should disappear and the print request
cancelled.
