The only thing that is weird in my case, is that after initial jerky scrolling on the test document in the first pages, suddenly scrolling becomes very smooth, both up and down and across all pages. The jerky/laggy scrolling therefore only appears in the beginning. This is on a 14 inch M2 Macbook Pro. I will see what happens when I open the test document on my other Macs and report back.
