I would like to highlight the following steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the file. 2. The problem is with the footnote on the 2nd page. 3. Oddly, select the footnote marking, cut and paste in the same place. The problem "disappears". 4. Reload the file. 5. On the 2nd page, the problem persists.
