This is still a problem.

To make sure .xls file is synced on OneDrive, I have to close it, and then
either wait for the OneDrive cloud symbol in the Notifications Bar to return to
"normal", or use Windows Explorer to see if the files(s) had synced.

There is no need to completely close LibreOffice, only the files that have
trouble syncing.  It is still a nuissance.

My computer was originally meant to be my travel computer, and has only 4GB of
RAM and 64 GB (57.1 GB usable) of SSD.

I think I need a bigger computer.  Could you check out how this works on a
wimpy computer like mine?
