Guillou's Comment 3 on 2023-12-29: I downloaded the file at the given link and executed it, but apparently it noticed that my installed version was already 7.6.4.1, it did nothing. I tried deleting the lock file, but that did not make any difference. I have tried this with L-O Calc for .xls files, and L-O Write for .doc and .docx files. Still the same problem. I don't have any other programs to open and edit these files.
