            Bug ID: 159020
           Summary: UI: Text language context menu from status bar is not
                    self-explaining
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.0.0 alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Text language context menu from status bar is not really self-explaining

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer (empty document)
2. Right/Left click on Document language shown at the bottom (screenshot
3. There is 'quick list' listing number of languages + more... category.
4. The More.. button which opens the Character Dialog (same as Format ->
Character)
5. Select some different language from the 'quick list' It will set Paragraph
Direct Format -> Char Locale
6. There is also a "Set Language for Paragraph". The submenu will list a number
of languages + more
7. Click the more button from the submenu. Character Dialog opens (seems the
same as Format -> Character)

Actual Results:
1) The dialogs, pointing to the same dialog is terrible confusing: what is the
difference? How do those relate to each other. I can't make any sense of it

2) I miss the ability to change the Paragraph Default Style language in the
status bar (that's what I'm often inclined to do; I want to change the
Paragraph Default Style because I'm writing a document in English. I'm actually
messing with Char Locales.

Expected Results:
More self-explaining workflow

Reproducible: Always
