Today it's dumped into bug 103036 which feels like a container bug The bug title containing very broad scope: 'rework document language Setting'. Whereas the bug 103036 comment 0 being about something very specific stuff. The duplicates go in all sort of directions (sub)issues. Bug 103036 comment 6 mentions the status bar. I would personally prefer a nice clean bug summarizing the issues and some UI/ workflow proposal. Maybe even separated it into subtopics bundled by a metabug.
