It seems that there are different roles, see http://readthedocs.org/docs/moztrap/en/latest/userguide/model/roles.html#default-roles We would need to ask administrators to give us more privileges. IMHO, users can only view results by default. I am even unable to execute test cases. I am afraid that we can't judge the system without playing with all features. I am sorry, I do not enough time for any deep investigation, so I am not going to ask for the permissions. Any volunteer is welcome.
