My Linux Mint 17.3-version is, on the contrary, a 64-bit version, which I could confirm by running *uname -a* in a terminal, as seen below : Linux XXXXXXXXXXXXXX 4.2.0-27-generic #32~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 22 15:32:26 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Thus, if, indeed, the ppa's do automatically follow system architecture, my version of LibO should be 64-bit. But I should very much like to be able to confirm this.... Henri
