Just a stupid note in the line of anonimity that I'd like to include. Probably there are well suited laws that force enterprises which give to people internet services (such as email or webhosting) to ask you for your data, but it is more difficult to ask the same to a shared network of people.
Although probably it would not be strange to see laws comming in that direction if users start taken the net.
