I'm not sure if you mean software based or a piece of hardware. As for software based, I find FBReader to be quite good. I have it installed on my netbook and my phone (running Replicant). A replicant device with FBReader takes the place of the Kindle for me. OpenInkPot was an active project but development recently stopped on it. I think it ran on some more obscure e-ink devices: http://morgue.openinkpot.org/ cmh -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.22 (GNU/Linux) iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJWYxCjAAoJEP4mb/sadwhoAtAP/iONLLuFCecMFr2J8gLaLqp6 uHzwzbACv8SiwVuf6Q+nXMRB+6/OzcyMFJgDpJzgHotxZA9dL63KYdY0yziHwxDF d4+PtQBl+BQVzjfDem+/sHPFQFqLkp3RdLKeDAKNdpQyu7BWwzPDCfcF/VHg0Z0s L4GWQK7MCGPZnhHscEcjTB6wO/OOOO4HQ48zZqDIm6LTk8Vi+qiHoQMAYiM54CVp lSySX8FuXZU+rT4o4XlXUTTu4ly5L4BeW9LPuFFAs4Kh8roDedb1riri3PLxea9S bIPw104+1kxxtGItH062NJq8A5CBeirrCPSDUZDuPWo2yA5u4O+ZgCY+3Pr+msDI 9uyvJSK/gDk/WyVcD8T70QxJHiVvLxGt1ynLmZ2M/E/G5oexobAkKcKKWypm43zd w25JRxVPP6UrEbau6d2Rl8d4fHmpewfMYPZ2sJVL18btpVp7kPR0mpuY8DmcfkTv utFM/W4jCiIQBCqCcITK+OLgCvAthndyZabcLMMHN0jbErJiKEyy8Yuiy0TYcvP9 bWCTSOb/rq/MBsUHGNWyVmTABjMtlmd55EovgsFKwcX1Yfa6NiCP4zRtkexLl5dN sGL3HU2xIiAVUSlGbu5OO4T3IaQ8UFRFl/6dGxuVKxYjC8yTsj+M+2zHezN/4zbO 9jDx3z2pU3GBOvaNlbmz =LkKV -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
