I can't say for sure, your version being English, but I sure thought,
that after loading Win95 you needed to install Toshiba Win95 drivers
for the Video driver, the APM system ect. and If you didn't, you would
get at least some of the problems that you are getting. Wasn't Win95 the OS
that Microsoft would not let OEM change in anyway?

The crash on trying to come out of screen saver mode, sounds like a driver
problem, rather than a hardware problem. It ran all night ok, just switching
modes, (coming out of screen saver) caused a crash.

Perhaps it would be wise to boot to just DOS, and see how it behaves there
for a while? Go into the bios and make sure it's not trying (set to)to go
into hibernation or resume mode. And just run it for a while?
