  15V as I recall.  (see AC adapter lable to double check)
  As I remember, if you feed the Libretto directly, the voltage must be
very close to 15V, and defintitely not over.  It can't tolerate
overvoltage well, and undervoltage results  in no boot.  Probably
0.2-0.3V max deviation allowed.

  As for amps, believe ~1amp should be ample.
