Since I have it working in the original ( OSR2? ) version that came with the
unit I think I got the FIR driver used instead for Win98 at:

If this link splits then you have to copy and paste it into the browser.
It involves setting up the internal infrared as a COM3 device and then you
use the msir2.0 driver from Microsoft.
If you can't find it email me at night in the Eastern time zone and I will
then be in a position to email you the driver.
