I recently upgraded from a 50CT to a 110CT and was surprised to find
that the 1024 by 768 pixel display that the 50CT gives is not available
in the 110! (OK OK I have VERY good eyesight and I use it to check on
powerpoint layout!)
Is this due to software utilities (the previous owner reformatteed the
disk), or do I have to accept it as a true downward development in the
series?
Also, the normal extended port adapter on the 110 has a slot on the left
front side. There is a metal tab inside that moves if you touch it. What
is it for? I could get no info on the Toshiba web site (and the previous
owner reformatted the manual!)
