For all those trying to download and view PDF files.
1) Best to right-click and Save Target As/ Save File As a file on your
HD. Otherwise, you won't have downloaded it to your HD for later offlined
viewing; once acrobat reader is installed, you can left-click to view
them directly in a web window, but it won't be downloaded to your HD.
2) www.adobe.com -> free adobe acrobat reader to open and view these
*.pdf files.
What is it? Basically a Postscript file that has been sanitized, organized,
and prettied up to work right, then called a *.pdf file instead of a *.ps file.

..also believe the free Ghostscript Postscript interpreter has a viewer option
for PDF files as well...
