Estimada Miguel,

It sounds like some other device has appropriated IRQ15 from the floppy
drive. Try doing this:

Reboot into Safe Mode.
Go into Control Panel | System and look for the floppy adapter.
If there is more than one, inspect each one and delete all except the one
that is set for IRQ15.
If there is only one, confirm that it is set to IRQ15.
Reboot and see if this fixed the problem.

Buena Suerte from your friends on the left side of the water.

Michael

Subject: Drivers for external FDD (Y-E DATA)

Hi again, dear list-mates,

I need your help one more time. I can only make the FDD work under DOS
(though I need to shut down the computer and restart it in DOS), but not
with W95. I thought it'd be due to the quite incomplete version of W95
my L30 had installed, but it seems not to be the reason, as its drivers
aren't included (I couldn't find them). The FDD is a Y-E DATA. I've been
looking unsuccessfully on the web, so I have decided to ask you: what
can I do?
Does anibody have the drivers I need or any good advice to give me?

Thanks in advance,

Miguel
