If I understand you correctly you are looking for the inf files for the
Libretto Floppy (YE-Data). If so you may wantto try this location:
http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/l110fdd8.exe
This is the inf for win98 but I think it will also work under win95.
You may also want to take a look at the yedata web site.
