Dennis,

It doesn't really matter :)

Just remove the keyboard and extra memory block, battery and hard drive, and
the screws from the bottom of the machine. Remove the cable that goes to the
screen and split the machine in half along the seam...you'll get a bottom
half with the motherboard in and a top half with the screen and a sort of
frame that fits round the keyboard.

Add two eggs lightly beaten, salt, pepper, and thyme to taste, and bake in a
moderate oven for no more than an hour...er...sorry, got carried away there
:)

Don't bother taking the screen out of the top half of the case unless the
case is damaged.

If you're really enthusiastic, Jason Savage has posted the CT50 service
manual (pdf) at http://members.home.net/jpsavage/index.html which runs to
about 160 pages...or if you search the archives, I posted a seven million
step guide in extreme and boring detail a couple of months ago.

These are the same things you'll need to do if you're thinking of
overclocking the machine but I'd recommend you get it working at standard
speed first.

Cheers,

Neil
