Thanks for all of you. Some useful hints for those who may need it: My HDD was HS so I was obliged to change the HDD and I used this opportunity to ugrade my Libretto. - Used an external floppy drive with a bootable Floppy Disk. - While performing FDISK I forgot to declare C drive as an active drive. Though I formatted C drive with the option /s I was not able to boot directly from the HDD (Received message: "This Basic was aborted, because this machine has no rom Basic. Used Toshiba's Basic"). - Libretto 50 recongnise this HDD to its full capacity without any hardware modification. - In order to fit physically inside the Libretto Slot which is meant for a 8.5mm thick HDD I removed the spacers which what under the black sheet (MK6014MAP is 9.5mm thick) - There is no need to reserve any space in the HDD with Fdisk. If the Format is done using the libretto it manages this by itself. - I got some useful information about the libretto and the downloadable driver softwares at "www.mininotebook.co.uk/libgen.htm" - Used an external PCMCIA CDROM Drive to load the WIN95 and other softwares. - At present I use an external floppy drive, external CDROM Drive and the PCMCIA Modem with the same slot by switching from one to another without any difficulty. Hope these information will help you and once again thanks for all Libretties. _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
