I read that info you quoted below on Toshiba's website last week about L100
not supporting hibernation/standy in Win98SE. However I've had great success
with Win98SE since last fall. Hibernation and Standby works just fine for
me. In fact I recently discovered that my L100CT will go into Hibernation as
soon as the low battery sounder goes off. So, I would say... Go for it.
